Last Thursday, I get my Human Resource Management score. I was in a bus to take the street children to campus. Suddenly, my friend, Karen text me, she said “your HRM score is xx “…. For a minute, I’m speechless… I feel like I get a big slap on my cheeks, for a moment I feel down… I have expected that, but I never expect that would be that bad..
Then, I can’t focus with what I’m doing. But, I realize that it’s the time to change! I have to see the positive angle of this condition. I had think to give up on this subject with don’t care anymore about this because I think I will never get a good score, I don’t like the subject and I don’t like the teacher. But, as I’m thinking, it’s not a right way of thinking. I have to move on! Now, I’m promise to study harder, show more effort, have a incredible score, get scholarship, and finally, make my parents proud of me :)
Betterment For Indonesia Future
Hello guys! It has been long time since my last post. I am being busy with my activity, so let me tell you what I have done
Last March, April, and May, I’m busy to prepare and running Nationwide Social Event. That event dedicated to street children who get less education. We as committee, has a mission to improve Indonesian education with teach them.
As the results, we gather more than 450 children and 122 tutors among 15 Universities in Jakarta. We start teaching on 2nd of April and was ended on 2nd of May (1 month effective).
The last, we conduct closing ceremony on May, 3rd at Auditorium 4th Floor Binus University. That ceremony attended by Social Ministry, lecturer of Binus University, tutors, and the most important is street children. Master of Ceremony by Joshua Suherman and his friend, Sekar Savitri. In this ceremony, there are Angklung performance by Himmata Foundation, band, and submission of scholarship for 10 outstanding children .
The Nationwide Social Event 2012 is such a great event that can make we realize that we have to feel thankful because we get more appropriate education and facilitation. Beside that, it makes me to think outside the box that so many people need our help, especially education. So the message are, as we capable and can help, help them! 1 children you can help, you was already help 1% of Indonesia future :)
